Here's the info I have at present.
word from spring council reached a consensus that "the 2010 rainbow gathering will be somewhere in the Allgehany [sp] National Forest".
About 30 people at spring council. Council continues...

Come on Council! :D Anxiously awaiting that wonderful call of welcome Home! I'm seriously hoping the concensus is reached at some point today, but I know the process can be tedious at times... My thanks & my love go out to all the scouts, scout supporters, focalizers, etc. that make this great gathering happen year after year!
